I am very happy with the service I received from Zimmerman A/C & Heating. Julian and Caleb were both very helpful in replacing my compressor to my HVAC system. I really appreciate their service, knowledge, and their punctuality. We will now continue to use Zimmerman for all of our HVAC needs.

Terry went above and beyond every step of the way during his visit. Even though he knew I probably wouldn’t be able to use them to replace our air handler, he still made sure that I had every detail I needed to make sure I got quality service with the company that works with the manufacturer of my HVAC equipment.

We recently had our AC system breakdown on us and Zimmerman was our first and last call. Terry came out to help us with all our needs and he has the best customer service I've ever experienced. First, let me thank Ruby the receptionist that took my call. Couldn’t have made me happier than to schedule my appointment for the following morning. Second, the crew that came out (On time) was professional and respectful of their surroundings. I explained that my unit was diagnosed to have a bad compressor (Another HVAC Company) and that my only feasible choice was a replacement ($12,000). There is something to be said about second opinions. Well to say, Luke jumped right in and accessed the problem and was very detailed in his review. He found that nothing was wrong with the compressor other than a leak, that drained all the freon out. After recharging my unit, I was back in business (Ah heat again). I would recommend Zimmermann A/C & Heating to my family and friends for their honesty and professionalism.

After meeting with multiple HVAC companies, my interaction with Terry with Zimmerman stands out as best in class. First, Terry confirmed and remained in communication up to his arrival time. He set expectations of what he would be covering and the purpose of our meeting. Next he answered my questions in seeking a more in depth understanding of the differences amongst units, seer ratings, warranty, cost, maintenance checks. Terry never flustered, stood behind the product, support and quality of installation services offered by Zimmerman and did this without using pushy sales tactics. Rather, he relied on tried and true product experience, a desire to meet me where I am along with an abundance of education and confidence (not to be confused with arrogance)Thank you Terry for your time, professionalism and equipping me with the information needed to make an informed decision.

Really fantastic service from start to finish. AC went out last night on Labor Day Sunday. Found Zimmermann online and decided to give them a call. The receptionist was extremely nice and dispatched Omar to my home just a few hours later. Omar saved me and my home from a potential fire. The faulty fuse box had to be replaced and a capacitor within the outdoor unit, but Omar was knowledgeable and immediately knew the problem and required solution. Couldn't be more thankful for such great service!
